Taylor Swift breezed through a Starbucks for a coffee fix before heading into a recording studio in West Hollywood, Calif. on Wednesday (February 1). The ‘Back To December’ singer was dressed casually in skinny jeans and a slouchy sweater and hid behind oversized sunglasses. She appeared upbeat and in a good mood, and even stopped to chat with a fan.
The 22-year-old Grammy-winner didn’t seem to be dwelling on an unfortunate turn of events that had occurred earlier in the week; Taylor had been widely rumored to have snagged the role of Eponine in the big-screen version of the musical Les Miserables, but instead Universal announced that British actress and singer Samantha Barks will make her movie debut in the role.
But the busy singer/songwriter/actress has plenty to keep her busy – she’s currently promoting the 3D animated feature Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, an adaptation of the classic children’s book that tells the tale of a forest creature who shares the enduring power of hope. In the movie – that opens March 3 – Taylor Swift co-stars alongside Zac Efron.
