When Robin Roberts asked her if she was ready for more fans going crazy for her – she replied, “I’m as ready as you can be. There’s no way to prepare for people screaming in your face- in a good way. It’s just a weird thing to attest to, so I hope so.”
The actress also explained why she took three days to accept the role in The Hunger Games.
“It was just a huge decision that I didn’t feel could be made in a phone call. There’s not a lot of decisions that you make that will change your life forever. And it will never go back. I didn’t know if i was ready for my life to veer in this direction yet.”
Later on she made her way to Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
During the interview Fallon said, “You’ve been traveling all over the world for this and this is getting into the Harry Potter-type of vibe.”
Jennifer said, “God, I wish. No. We were traveling first class — and I always feel like an idiot every time I fly first class because I’m a kid — and I just sit there and everybody’s got their newspapers and they’re on the computer and I’m like, ‘Can I get a coloring book please? Can I get some crayons?’
She added, “So I was with the boys and I had ordered a glass of wine and I was in this really intense conversation with the guys, and then she dropped off the wine, and I was like, ‘Yes, because the ministry had taken over Hogwarts at the time… thank you.’ ”
It wasn’t all talk though. She ended up shooting hoops with random objects!
