All eyes were on Miley Cyrus when she left her afternoon pilates class in West Hollywood, Calif. on Tuesday (July 10). With the paparazzi snapping away – the newly engaged singer/actress continued on her way into her car. Wearing a sleeveless cropped top – you could see her brand new tattoo.
According to US Weekly it reads: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
It’s a snippet from a 1910 speech by President Theodore Roosevelt. At the time he had urged listeners to live life to the fullest.
Miley also has other tattoos – including one of a dream catcher and another of an equals symbol on her ring finger.
