Mackenzie Foy – the newcomer who plays Renesmee in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part 2 – says she felt “lucky” working with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
The 11-year-old shared during an interview at Comic-Con, “It’s really cool, they’re super sweet in real life, they’re amazing actors and amazing people. I’m really lucky to work with them.”
When asked what was her favorite scene to film – she replied it was with Taylor Lautner.
She stated, “I did like riding on Jacob. That was a fun scene to film.”
Even though she’s in a Twilight film doesn’t mean she can watch them.
“I can’t see ‘Breaking Dawn –Part 1’ or the third one. I can’t see those, I have seen [‘Twilight’ and ‘New Moon’.]”
OK! reports the young actress did have to endure hearing swearing from the cast.
“Everybody cussed a little bit,” Mackenzie confessed. “But I’m not going to say who… I don’t want anybody’s mommy to hear!”
On playing Renesmee she said it was way easier than she thought it was going to be.
She said, “This role is very different from the other roles because some of the stuff Renesmee has to do is digitalized. I go from an infant to a teenager to an adult, so there are body doubles and they do the movements for the movie and then I would do the voice and the facial stuff and they would blend it together.
“Then some of it, I had to do my age range and I would do regular acting. I didn’t know it was going to be full digital, movie magic stuff, but it was impressive! I’m really excited to see it.”
