Lea Michele teamed up with L’Oreal for the Women Of Worth awards in New York City on Tuesday (December 3). The Glee actress stepped out in a red lace Dolce & Gabbana dress for the event, a star-studded night to celebrate women.
“This is such a beautiful event, it’s so inspiring what L’Oreal does,” Michele told E! News. “The slogan for L’Oreal is ‘Because you’re worth it’ and tonight, I just think it totally encapsulates that whole message. All of these women are so incredible in what they do and I’m really honored to be here.”

The 27-year-old talked about her upcoming projects – her upcoming debut solo album Louder and a new book Brunette Ambition. “I’ve been working on both Louder and Brunette Ambition for the past year now,” she shared, “so to finally have the opportunity for people to hear and to read the things that I’ve been working on…it’s so awesome.”
But Glee is always first in Michele‘s heart. “All I know is that Glee is my home,”she said. “They’re my family and it just made sense that we would all want to be back together so that we have each other for support and I love everyone there so, so very much.”
