It’s tiring being Justin Bieber. But on the star’s current tour of Asia, the Biebs wasn’t going to let anything get in the way of enjoying one of the world’s great wonders. So he did what any teen boy would do – he had his bodyguards carry him up the steps to the top of the Great Wall Of China.
Fans captured the ‘Boyfriend’ singer’s ascent up the historic structure on Monday (September 30) while wearing a white sweatshirt and his signature baseball cap. Justin‘s bodyguards looked happy to carry the 19-year-old on their shoulders – although this probably isn’t in their job description.
Justin will be touring Asia until Oct. 12, and will then move on to Latin and South America. He’ll finish off the year with several dates in Australia.
It’s not the first time the singer has caused controversy at a historical site. Earlier this year Justin visited Amsterdam’s Anne Frank House and left a message in the museum’s guestbook that many felt was in poor taste.
“Truly inspiring to be able to come here. Anne was a great girl. Hopefully she would have been a belieber,” he wrote.
