Taylor Swift received an early birthday sing-along at her concert in Perth, Australia on Wednesday (December 11).
She tweeted: “Perth! Insane crowd! When you randomly all started singing happy birthday… Well played.”
The singer – whose birthday is December 13 – added on Thursday, “It would appear that I’m now 24. That’s on Australia time though. Still 23 in the States.”
On December 10 Swift shared a collage of photos with her RED crew.
“Using my phone camera as a mirror to re-apply red lipstick turned into….. @melanienyema @D8Clarice @D8Ricky”
In another snapshot taken from a van – the I Knew You Were Trouble wrote: “Band outing: working on our Aussie accents, beach strolling, loving Perth. #RedTour”
People reports she also just got her new haircut. She was seen wearing her newly shortened locks loose and wavy in Perth. The magazine reports she has said her bangs are so heavy she could “use [them] as a sleep mask.”
And more good news for Swift. She has received a 2014 Golden Globe nomination for her One Chance soundtrack Sweeter Than Fiction.
The ballad is in the category The Best Original Song – Motion Picture. Swift and Fun’s Jack Antonoff co-wrote the tune.
