Fanny packs are out, chest bags are in

adminNow we don’t want to start this post out on the bad foot. We love fanny packs – always have, always will. Fanny packs are versatile, functional, and can be used for most occasions. Nonetheless, just like many products designed in the 80’s, there comes a time that they are due for a facelift.
Now that we have released tension between us and the fanny-pack-or-die community, we can show you why chest bags are better than fanny packs.
1. Chest bags provide a snugger and more comfortable fit.
A chest utility bag wraps around your torso rather than your waist. Most of them have shoulder and chest strap adjustments that are easy to maneuver. Contrary to what it may look or seem like, chest bags are designed for all body types. On the other hand, fanny packs will flop up and down if you try to jog or move quickly with them. While some companies may have made the fanny pack bounce less, the chest pack is undoubtedly the better option for a running phone bag. Chest bags have more points of contact, so you won’t get those abrasion marks on your skin like you do with a fanny pack.

Chest bags
2. Chest bags give you the option to carry water
Fanny packs are placed at your waist. Therefore, you can’t just put your head down and sip on something. With a chest rig bag, you can provide yourself with hydration as well. This chest pack is the official chest bag for running. It comes with a 17mL soft flask so you can fill it up with water (or wine) when you go on outdoor adventures. This solves the problem for people that want a running water bag, running camelbak, or small hiking backpack, but don’t want to have a big bulky backpack that causes them to overheat. This chest bag design is new, and while you may be intimidated by it you can’t knock it until you try it. We expect many other companies to follow suit with a design like this.
3. Chest bags are futuristic looking, where fanny packs are retro
Don’t get me wrong, I love an 80’s theme party occasionally. Walking into that kind of party you can bet that I will rock a fanny pack along with neon leg warmers and some Rick Flare shades. Other than that, I like to look sharp. Putting a fanny pack on your chest is innovative and unique. People will ask you what it is and where you got it – just like all cool unique new products. Do you like to look like you are keeping up with the times? Do you like using the greatest new technology? Then you need to at least try a running chest bag for your next outdoor occasion.

Chest bags
4. Chest bags have more pockets
Fanny packs usually have just one big pocket. I often find myself shoveling through cash, cards, keys, gum, chapstick, etc… Unfortunately, it is hard to really have a well put together fanny pack, especially when you are running around and partying. With a chest utility bag you have a multitude of pockets. Chest packs are even rivaling backpacks with secret pockets these days. This chest bag rivals the ASRV chest bag and has 3 different storage pockets along with a headphone jack.
Again, we are not here to put fanny packs to shame. We are here to provide you with the education that chest utility bags provide the same functionality of a fanny pack with added benefits. Chest packs are a relatively new trend, and with new trends some people become weary of trying them out. If we are able to provide you with the information and confidence to purchase one, then we have done our job. If you still want to stick with your mom’s fanny pack from the 80’s, that is cool too.

African Clothing

Traditional African clothing for women is an integral part of African culture and identity, with each African tribe having its own distinct style of dress. Oftentimes, the clothing worn by a person can be used to identify the specific tribe they are from. From colorful fabrics and intricate designs to unique jewelry and headgear, traditional African clothing serves as more than just a way to keep warm – it is also a way for people to connect with their heritage.
Each piece of traditional African clothing has its own symbolic meaning, which helps distinguish one tribe’s attire from another’s. For example, in some tribes like the Masai Mara in Kenya, men wear red shukas that have been dyed using ochre pigment made from iron ore as a sign of strength and courage; while women often wear bright colors like yellow or orange wrapped around their bodies as an indication of fertility.
If you’re looking to buy authentic African clothing, it’s important for you to find wholesale clothing vendors that sell quality items. Not only can you get the merchandise from reliable sources, but buying clothes in bulk often results in a lower price per item. This makes it possible for you to purchase more of the types of garments you want without breaking your budget.
What is Traditional African Clothing made of?
Traditional African clothing is usually made from lightweight and breathable fabrics such as cotton, linen, and silk. Many African cultures also use animal skins and fur to make clothing. In some cultures, the clothing is hand-dyed with natural dyes made from plants and fruits. Additionally, African clothing often features intricate beading and embroidery.
Traditional African clothing has evolved over time to reflect the diverse cultures and people of African countries. Generally, traditional African clothing is made from natural materials such as cotton, linen, hemp, wool and animal skins. For example, some West African countries produce hand-woven cloth that is made from silk or cotton threads while in East Africa women wear wraps and skirts made from colorful strips of fabric.
In many parts of Africa, leather is also used to make traditional garments including hats and capes. Animal hide is also used for ceremonial dress such as shields or headdresses worn by chiefs during important ceremonies. In addition to these materials, jewelry crafted out of beads and shells are often featured as part of traditional garments from various regions throughout the continent. All of these elements come together to create unique styles that represent the distinct cultures found in different parts of Africa.

Making Yourself Look Fantastic For Prom Night
Prom night is a special occasion for many people, and many young ladies will often put a lot of planning into the event, including their dress, accessories, and hair and makeup. The earlier you start planning, the easier it is, and you can also get some excellent bargains when shopping out of season.
If you want to dress to impress when attending your senior prom and ensure you look fabulous and have a fantastic time, below are some tips and advice to help you. Read the information below, and you can start planning your prom night, so it all goes off without a hitch, and you make lots of fabulous memories that will last with you forever.
Check The Dress Code Of Your School
One of the first things you will need to do is check the dress code for your school to buy an appropriate dress for the event. Every year, there are stories of people missing their senior prom as their outfit breaks the school’s dress code, which leaves people disappointed they cannot attend. If you want to avoid this situation, ensure you know your school’s dress code and select a dress for your prom that meets those guidelines.
Shop For Your Dress Early
It is never too early to start shopping for your prom dress, and the more time you have, the more chance you will have to find unique prom dresses at Peaches Boutique or in any other dress shop near you. Even though it is still 2021, you can already see the trending prom dresses for 2022, so you can get a head start on all the other girls looking for a beautiful prom dress. You will have more chances to explore the various sales between now and the date of your prom, and choosing something from last season can help you get a designer dress at a bargain price. Once you have found the ideal dress for your senior prom, you can start looking at other aspects of your outfit and getting these ready.
Planning Your Accessories
Once you have your prom dress sorted, there is still stuff you will need to look at as you will need to plan the accessories for your outfit. You will need to consider the shoes you will wear, whether you need a coat, an appropriate-sized handbag big enough to get everything you need in it, and the jewellery you will wear. If you plan early enough, you will have plenty of time to sort these factors out, and if Christmas and a birthday occur beforehand, you can ask for gifts to accessorise your prom outfit.
Your Hair & Makeup
You will also need to consider how you will wear your hair and do your makeup for your big evening at prom. You will want to book an appointment with your hairdresser early to avoid disappointment and ensure they can fit you in before the night of the dance. You can also start practising your makeup, and there are plenty of video tutorials available online on platforms such as YouTube that you can use.

Running Shoes
Running a mile (or a few) everyday is a great way to get fit, and if you haven’t already developed this habit then you probably haven’t experienced runner’s high yet. Nonetheless, if you intend on incorporating running into your regular workout routine, then you need to go shopping for proper running shoes.
Read Reviews From Actual Customers
No matter what you think you know about a brand, make sure you read reviews on their different models. Don’t simply search the internet for no bull shoes reviews, but instead try to search for reviews of a specific model. More often than you’d think, a big name brand may have variations in the quality of the different models they offer. Some brands only have a single model that is worth getting, while all others aren’t up to par. So, do your research ahead of time.
Focus On Quality And Not Style
While it’s nice to look good when you’re running, it is not the main purpose of your running shoes. Try to shop around for the best quality you can afford, and then think about what is in style or what looks good to you. There are a lot of functional design features that running shoes have, and you should be looking for them. Here are a few of the most important:
- Materials used
- Flexibility
- Traction
- Cushioned insoles
You may also want to look for other features such as extra padding if you think you need it. If you plan on running outdoors (in the rain) often, then you’d also want the shoes to be waterproof.
A Note On Size
Unfortunately, many people walk around in shoes that are either too tight or too loose. They think that this is more comfortable, and haven’t gotten their feet sized in years. Wearing improperly sized shoes is a major cause of injury, and the risks increase significantly with an activity like running. If you haven’t had your feet sized recently (or ever) then you should consider visiting a footwear store to do so. Keep in mind that your foot size can change even as an adult due to a variety of reasons, such as: weight changes, hormonal changes, pregnancy, medical conditions, and much more. So don’t simply assume that you already know your foot size.
Trying On Shoes: What To Look For
Whenever you try on shoes of any kind, you should make sure that they fit well – not too tight, not too loose. As for running shoes, they should be comfortable, you shouldn’t feel any pressure points anywhere. Make sure the shoes are snug and your foot isn’t moving around in the shoe – this could lead to a lot of chaffing and possibly an ankle injury. Also, talk a walk with the shoe to test out if our feet are touching the floor in the right places. You shouldn’t feel an incline while you’re on flat ground. Always make sure to try sports shoes with proper socks on, because you need to account for the space that your socks will take.
All in all, choosing the right running shoes is not complicated. Just make sure you’re picking based on high quality features and not just aesthetics.
